Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Instant Film Maxx: Retro Cam for iPhone. Installing or using the app means you accept them.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell the app, rent it out, reverse engineer it, or strip out parts of it for use elsewhere.
Subscription
- Full use of the app requires an auto-renewing subscription priced at $29.99 per year in the United States. Prices in other countries are set for that country and are shown to you in your own currency before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renew in the Settings app on your iPhone, under your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. The app also links you straight there from its own settings screen.
- Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it through Apple as described above.
Refunds
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple too. Request one through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue a refund on Apple's behalf, though you are always welcome to write to us first if something has gone wrong.
Restoring a purchase
If you reinstall the app or move to a new iPhone, use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen to bring your subscription back. It is tied to your Apple Account, not to the device.
Your content
The pictures and captions you make are yours. We claim no ownership over them and, as set out in the privacy policy, we never receive them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, to photograph people where you have no right to, or to produce material that is unlawful. You are responsible for what you photograph and for having permission to photograph it.
Availability and changes
Features may be added, changed or withdrawn as the app develops, and iOS itself changes underneath it. We aim to keep the app working on currently supported versions of iOS, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of every fault.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of pictures. Back up anything you care about to your own photo library. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide support for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules.
